Advise/Justification Hyperion upgrade from 11.1.2.2 to 11.1.2.4

Dear Experts,

We are planning to upgrade Hyperion Environment from 11.1.2.2 to 11.1.2.4 which has the classic FDM  and Hyperion planning components deployed.

I would like to know the need or justification going for this upgrade. I have seen some docs and forums for understanding few key additional features of 11.1.2..4  like

- In the integration side , FDMEE inclusion which can be accessed through workspace and EPM to EPM data sync

- Accessing thru Mobile

- Various Browser compatibility

- some usability enchancements etc.

Request your advice to go for this upgrade or not.
