Routing inquiry calculated view is incorrect - Actual vs calculated

When using P3003 (MFG routing) processing option as '0'. It shows two view , calculated vs actual.

When toggling between both views it shows different columns in both the views. Actual will have the run labor and run machine hours whilst Calculated will have the calculated run labor and calculated run machine hours. I have few question here.

What is the difference between run labor vs calculated run labor ?

What is the difference between run run machine hour vs calculated run machine hours ?

Importantly, i found two different value while toggling into different views. I understand that there is a bug created
