Single plant MRP vs Multi plant MRP

Is there any issue, if single plant MRP (R3482) and Multi plant MRP (R3483) runs at the same time going to use same selection at the same time ?

Also, what is the use of running single plant MRP and multi site MRP at the same time ?

If we can use both together then what is the best recommendation to setup both ?

Please correct me if i am wrong, As multi site MRP can generate all the messages which R3482 generate then what is the use of running\having R3482 along with R3483 ?
