IRM fails on ddldict after POST IRM merge IP2016

I am currently on IP2015 15.11 SIA and upgrading to IP2016. I was able to ran the upgrep without any issues. But when I tried to run the upghys, it failed with the below error messages.

When attempting to run ddldcit, post irm merge,

the following error occurs.

dldict.exe /u SADMIN /p ***** /c FrontOffice_DSN /d dbo /f \Siebel81SIA\dbsrvr/MSSQL/schema.ddl /e y /a y /l \Siebel81SIA\siebsrvr\log\upgphys_dev_155\output/sch_dict1.log /n "New Customer Repository" /T DCIR
