Last Modified change in IV but USER Not.

Hello,

Please find the attachment .

The Last Modified (Date - 11/02/17) has been changed the main query is that  the JDE ID (USER - 10000327) was deleted on 2014.

So come the this happen that the Last Modified h as changed and JDE user ID is same as 10000327.
