Work Order Header Context DFF not working in OAF

Context DFF in Work Order OAF Page

I can't get this to work in OAF.  It works in the professional forms (Old form) , but does not work in the HTML page. Any idea on what am I doing wrong? We want to change DFF based on work order type

Here is the screen shot of the reference field in personalization page. Is this value correct? Thanks
