Complete list of supported Middleware version for monitoring ?

Hi experts,

Do we have a complete list of certified/ supported Middleware (WebLogic, SOA Suite, BPM, Identity and Access Management,etc) component version that can be monitored by a specific EM version(e.g: 12c Release 5, 13c Release 2) ? For example, EM 12 Release 5 can support Monitoring of WebLogic 10.3.6.0, WebLogic 12.1.3.0.0, 12c. SOA Suite 11g. Some kind of monitoring certification matrix for EM would be desirable. 

My customer is looking at upgrading their EM so they need to see which version of WebLogic and SOA Suite the EM can support to monitor ?
