Issuing from Multiple Locations, Planned and Unplanned Issues using Inbound Inventory Issues Transac

Requirement is that - Work Order Inventory Issues to be done from multiple Lots for the same item on different lines ( additional lines ) using Inbound Inventory Issues Transaction R31113Z1I- UBE. Encountered the issue where the line is overridden and there is an integrity issue between the parts list and Item ledger.Also noticed an Enhancement request BUG 10983927 has been raised. Not sure if this has been fixed in 9.1

Please suggest any suitable workaround.
