P43060 issue Creating extra lines when creating PO from Requisition

Hi

When JDE Po is created from  One JDE Requisition Number and OR Order type  Extra two lines were created with +1 and -1 Quantity with the original Quantity 2 -Line3.Please let me know if it is bug in P43060.

All the three lines were present in JDE PO.

All the lines are having line type as S
