Copy data and Job console access for Non-admin in Hyperion Planning

Hi ,

In Hyperion Planning version 11.1.2.4 , Could some one please help answer if the following can be achieved.

1) Can a super user ( not having admin access ) view the job console to check what other user sessions  are running in a specific application (what BR's are launched by other users)? If not what other option do i have for users to view other  sessions

2) Can the copy data functionality be performed by a super user who does not have admin access? If not  how can this be achieved , we cannot use a BR since we would like to copy the Supporting details as well.
