EBS 12.2.5 / Linux Redhat6/12.1.0.2 DB

I applied the OCT CPU for EBS 12.2 and the required post patches listed here:

24390794:RELEASE 12.2: CPU PATCH FOR OCT 2016

22706798:R12.FWK.C

23708596:R12.FRM.C

22376551:R12.JTT.C

23708283:R12.BNE.C

After applying the patches, the data  in the following tables which we use for plsql profiler are empty.

PLSQL_PROFILER_DATA

PLSQL_PROFILER_RUNNUMBER

PLSQL_PROFILER_RUNS

PLSQL_PROFILER_UNITS

PLSQL_PROFILER_DATA

PLSQL_PROFILER_RUNNUMBER

PLSQL_PROFILER_RUNS

PLSQL_PROFILER_UNITS

I have  tested this in a couple of systems and the behavior is repeatable.

I can't find any documentation stating that this behavior is to be expected. Does anyone know why this happens  or is
