Exabr error: "unable to obtain lvm space for a snapshot"

Trying to backup new environment with exabr.  Project and share seem to be in order and mounted properly, I initially gave the project 2T to start but when I try to run the backup, I am getting this error when I try to backup the user vms.

Please advise.
