CRMOD Workflow that updates timestamp field when Notes field is modified

Hello,

I added a timestamp field to the layout, which will update when another field called "Finance Notes" is modified. How do I create a workflow that updates the timestamp field when "Finance notes" is modified?

It is for the Service Request object.
