Acme Packet 3820 SD End of Life

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

I've seen the End of Life notification for the 3820 SD hardware on My Oracle Support. The EOL document does not specify how long the hardware will continue to be supported. Does anyone know the timeframe for End of Support on the 3820 SD?
