grid infra bundle upgrade

Hello,

i am wanna apply grid infra bundle patch.

However, i came accross many conflict patches.

in order to handle this, may i have apply a new grid infra and apply patch out of place.

Do you know any doc. about that?

if it was PSU upgrade, it would be possible.

But i am wondering if it is also applicable for the same PSU.

e.g. my grid is 12.1.0.2.5 and my target is to come 12.1.0.2.161018
