What are the Payroll Setup limitations with Oracle Core HR License & Shared Payroll?
Dear Gurus,
I am working for one of the african client with Global HRMS Setup, client have the licenses for Core HR, SSHR but client wants to capture Grade steps with grade rates and Basis Salary Information with Salary Basis, is this possible with Shared payroll setup and what are the implications or limitations with such approach, however client don't want to run the payroll.
I am again listing out the things over here to capture in the system:
1. Basis Salary to all employees
2. Salary Basis
3. Allowance elements with element entries (in case required)
4. Payroll Definition (In case required)
