Limiting number of front end users in E-Businesses suit 12.2

Hi ,

Customer want to know if there is way to limit the number of users (Front end users / connections ) connected to the E-Businesses suit 12.2.

let's say if 500 users got connected and 501 user tries to connect he / she should get a warning that " Max number of users got connected please try after some time ".

I checked the document and i found below parameters.

It can be confirmed from weblogic console-server-oacore1- tuningIs this available in 12.2?

   It can be confirmed from Oracle Fusion Middleware Control.
