ODA licensing

Hi Gurus,

I need your advice on database consolidation for two database. We have two database  licenses one per processor perpetual and the other by NUP.

The  platform is ODA x5-2 Virtualized   and we need to run  both the database in the ODA_BASE. The first database is licensed for  2 qty and the other for 100 named users .
