Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Discount based on customer creation date

Hi,

We have one new requirment as mentioned below.

Example

Customer name - XXXXXXXX

Customer Creation date - 14-Feb-2017

This customer will be eligible Re.1 as discount from list price,if he place order from us up 90 days (up to 15-May-17)

This discount will be adjusted in the list price at the time of booking the sales order for this customer.

For this purpose we are created one discount modifier in this name, and applied manually thro view-->adjustments option

at the time of sales order booking for these new customers.

Our Requirment

System should check the customer creation date and provide this discount automatically up to 90 from from customer creation.
