How can we have WebADI in R12.1.3 for Create/Update Assets, Asset Attributes?

Dear Experts,

In R12.2.6, Oracle has provided WebADI Support for Create/Update Assets, Asset Attributes (snapshot attached). We are on R12.1.3 version. Can we have the similar feature for our users? If it is there, it will be a great help to our end-users.

Can the team suggest us for getting the similar WebADI implemented for R12.1.3 eAM?
