Standard Benefits - Unable to enrol into plan
Hi,
I am new to Benefits.
When trying to enroll a employee to a plan. I am getting this error message saying you can't enrol into 2 medical plans at the same time. But I am unable to see the other Medical Plan to which the employee is enrolled.
What I would ideally like to do is deenroll from the Vision Family plan and enroll the employee into Vision Family ESC plan.
Navigation - Person -> Benefits Service Centre -> Benefits Service Centre -> Search for employee -> Desktop Activities -> Select Benefits
When I navigate to Benefits Service Centre -> Desktop Activities -> View Enrollment Results, I can see employee is enrolled in Vision Family plan and because of this, error is coming when trying to add another plan in the View Benefits screen.
