Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We are planning to upgrade EBS from 12.0.6 to 12.2.

we must perfom section 3 of doc 1320300.1 before or after creating stage and run rapidwiz?
