Question about territory managment and lead flow
We just hired a new sales rep for our west region. My boss wants all the leads to go to both of our west coast sales reps for now.
We have 7 sales reps and the states are divided into regions. So we are basically going to designate one region to two people. Is that ok? Will the lead still flow correctly to both people? Or do I need to create new regions for these guys?
Eventually we will want northern cali going to one rep and southern cali going to another? Is there a way to split up the region by cities?
