Student Records Grade Roster access

Management has asked me if it is possible to restrict access to the Grade Roster (Navigation: Curriculum Management > Grading > Grade Roster) by SACR security and create a new user role for users who would need these restrictions. Currently, anyone with access to this navigation can see all courses regardless of Academic Org/Plan/Group, etc. Does anyone know if it is possible to restrict access to this page by functional security (Academic Org, for instance)? Thank you.
