best way to delete a instance from RAC (srvctl or dbca silent)

Hi all,

I just need remove instance and add the instance to differenat node in same cluster. It seems all things I can do with SRVCTL commands like remove/add instances, and add needed undo/redo files for new instances.   But I also see in Oracle documents using DBCA but I didnot see with srvctl. Please let me know what is the best wat, if you got steps share pls.
