Has anyone encountered issues with the PO Build process not populating po_line_distrib for certain m

We have this issue in two different scenarios:

1) Have a requisition with one line, but the req line number is 2.  Go to req selection and stage the req line.  Run PO Build job set.  The resulting PO created will have a line number 1, but no data will be populated in the po_line_distrib table.

2) Requisition has lines 1, 2, and 3.  Pull the req up in the req selection page.  Click the "Include" box for line 2 first, then line 1, then line 3, and save.  Run the PO Build job set.  The resulting PO will be created with no data populated in the po_line_distrib table for 2 of the 3 lines.
