VMI Consignment - Transfer to Regular (Exchange Rate)

Hi all,

Currently, when performing "Transfer to Regular" process to change the goods ownership, material transactions will be created, and the functional cost is transaction cost * exchange rate of the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Is there any way to setup to get the exchange rate of the transaction date instead of BPA? Thanks.
