Address Book Outbound to Third Party Tool

Hello,

We have to Interface address book, supplier master, customer Master, E-mail, Phone and who's who with third party tool. I understand we have a Inter-op functionality where whenever a record is added or modified it gets written in Z -tables F0101Z2, F0111Z1, F0401Z1, F03012Z1, F01151Z1 etc.

The challenge we have in front of us that we already have existing data in production which needs to be moved to custom Interface table through Z- tables.

So do we have any Standard report, which will write records in respective Z- tables and from there i can run the custom report to populate data in Custom Interface table.
