What is the effect of changing hostid for EBS

Hi, experts

I have below environment and want to change the hostid, please comment what will take effect after changing hostid.

===
OS　：　Solaris SPARC 10 1/13 64bit
EBS　：　11.5.10.2
DB　：　11.2.0.4 EE

===

I have did a research and found below document. And no doucment for EBS was found.

Sun x86 Platforms : Keeping the Solaris HOSTID Permanent. (Doc ID 1003919.1)

Anybody have opinion on this question?
