Remittance notices are not send to the email setup for supplier.

Hi ,

we have an issue where remittance notice are not emailed to the supplier setup for a payment .

i referred to the doc Doc ID 2230495.1 and after confirming from the user the emails are not routed to the junk inbox.

i am not able to understand why this is happening.

Also is there a way to send a copy of notice?
