Partial Suggestion

How can we prevent partial suggestion to occur.

That is if we have part of the quantity available, how can we prevent the pick request to go to status 250 and part of the suggestion on 340 and part on 300.

We want all the quantity to go to status 300 as the full quantity cannot be delivered.
