OTM (6.4.2) ORA-65096: invalid common user or role name

Hi Team,

we are trying to install the OTM (ORACLE TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT)  on linux 6 with 12c (12.1.0.2) database. The OTM installed successfully but when we are trying to create schema with the per-define script we get the below issue.

SQL> @create_glog_users.sql

This script creates the following OTM database users.

It will also prompt for the desired password for each user.

ARCHIVE_C

ARCHIVE_C_USER

GLOGDBA

GLOGOWNER

GLOGLOAD

REPORTOWNER

GLOBALREPORTUSER

DIR_XML_USER

Make sure that OTM tablespaces have been already created.

If not, enter Ctrl + C to exit this script.
