SLM - Pre-Qualification Questionnaire link to Supplier not working

Hi All,

I am not sure if I am missing some correct setup, but I have the following problem:

1.  Navigate to: Supplier Management Administrator>Supplier Home>Supplier Creation>Register New Supplier

2.  Enter Name, address, contact etc. Save and Continue

3.  Enter all details necessary to continue

4.  Send Invitation to Supplier

5.  Supplier receives notification and clicks on link

6.  Supplier responds to invitation, entering all required information and Submits

7.  Internal user navigates to: Supplier Management Administrator>Supplier Home>New Supplier Requests

8.  Selects the Review icon, reviews details supplied

9.  In the Actions drop down, selects 'Send Pre-Qualification Questionnaire

10. Enters the required publish details, then Publishes the Questionnaire
