Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. 500 Internal Server after configuring TLS 1.2 in EBS 12.1.3

Hello,

I have configured TLS 1.2 on EBS 12.1.3 by following the note "Enabling TLS in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1 [376700.1]".

All the patches mentioned in the document are applied and the JDK is updated to 1.7u131.

I have performed the TLS 1.2 only configuration in the document.

The autoconfig run is clean and all the oacorectl/opmn came up fine.

When the https://hostname:port is accessed, it is re-directing to https://hostname:port/OA_HTML/AppsLogin, but it is failing with 500 Internal Server on the browser.

The application.log from $INST_TOP/ora/10.1.3/j2ee/oacore/oacore_default_group_1 is showing the below error....
