Diagnostics: OM Order Information is getting submitted automatically for every order created during

Hello Experts

I am running Order Import program to create Sales Orders in the system. The Order Import program is running and orders are getting created. For some reason "Diagnostics: OM Order Information" concurrent program is being submitted for each order automatically that is being created by Order Import.

Need to understand why this getting submitted and how to stop it?
