Limit R30461 to Current BOMs

When I run ube R30461, it populates detail table F30UI015. But when it does so, it extracts all or the BOM data, even rows that are obsolete (that is, bills whose Effective Through date is less than today).

Is there a way to configure R30461 to only extract BOM data where the Effective Through date is greater or equal to the current date?
