F4111 Secondary Quantity (SQOR) and Unit of Measure (UMO2) NOT being populated

We're having a very unusual problem with our Cardex table.  The Secondary Quantity (SQOR) and Secondary Unit of Measure is not being populated at all, EVER!

Is this a known bug?

We're not live yet, no we haven't changed our UoM's.

While the values can be retrieved from other sources (Sales Order Detail, for SO's... as an example) I'm confused as to why those values exist in the table F4111 but aren't being populated.

Any and all assistance, greatly apprecieated.
