Incorrect start date on component WO

WX 353327 for parent item 61482 has a request date fo 2/17.  The WO start date for the next component (C61482) is 2/13.  However the WO start dates for the next 2 components 1261 and 0854 are 3/2 rather than 2/13. 

My thought is that the USER changed the request date of the parent WX 353327 after MRP was ran.  I cannot find anything else to explain the date differences.  Anybody have any ideas what else I can check in the setup?  The WX 353327 is now a frozen order.  Should they unfreeze the WX order and rerun MRP on that item?
