Different values of xml tag

I have a report which I run from application generates xml. In that xml I have formula column CF_NEW2 which value is different from xml which is created through reports developer. What may be the cause for that and how will I correct this? Please refer to screen shots for clarification. I am running report on EBS 12.1.3 with database 11.1.0.7.0
