How to carryforward Encumbrance for Commiments with PR only

Hi Experts,

I need your advise regarding Encumbrance Carry forward for Commiments.

Say Example:  If we want to carryforward Commitments only  from 2016 to 2017, In this case while carry fowarding Commitments we want to carryforward PR Balances while excluding IR.

I mean to say, How can we carryforward only PR Balances of 2016 to 2017.

Please advise.
