Store Forward Journal Entry Manual Feed Tax Code Error

I am trying to enter few journal entries via store forward Journal Entry application (P0911Z1) however I am getting an erro whenever I choose any tax code other than V. Is it a standard function is JDE to not to allow any tax explanation code other than V?
