Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to Change the Batch Status based on the Email Subject?

Hi,

I have a requirement where i need to change the batch status based on the Email subject.

Sending a mail with a subject and attachment. it should pick the subject and map with the Batch status configured in the Capture Console.

Eg: subject : KTIDXYZ, Batch Status: Vendor Check High

subject : KTIDABC, Batch Status: Vendor Check Low
