Is there anyway to stop partial payment through payment workbench?

Is there anyway to stop partial payments through payment workbench?

I want to restrict user to do partial payment through payment workbench. User can make a payment, navigate to enter/adjust invoice. When he selects invoice if he enter amount on its own so a message pops up or anything so he cannot do it partial.
