Contract Template PL/SQL Variables Get no Values

Dears iam faceing issue while using PL/SQL type variable in contract template using customized version of OKC_XPRT_CUSTOM_PAKAGE and test the new procedure in PL/SQL block it returns values properly , but while attaching this variable to clause no result returned !! i checked the table OKC_K_ART_VARIABLES there was no values inserted also , please help if there are steps to use PL/SQL Variable in contract template clauses  and also please clarify what type of Value set should be used with PL/SQL variable
