One View Reports menu is missing after upgrade 9.2

Hi All,

We noticed the OVR menus are missing from all standard menus but we can see OVR icon on all applications and working fine. can anyone please advice why OV menus are missing. it is available in DV920 environment only.

JDE E1 9.2/9.2.0.7 on Windows 2012 platform
