E1: RSS - Commitment released at time of P43E060

Hello.

I performed Setup on P43E000 for budget checking, nothing fancy. Over anual budget and including Subledger.

I enter an OU document type (set up in UDC 40/CT). I see the commitment applied on P40230A - Commitment inqury.

Now, Release the Requisition OU by using P43E060.

What I noticied is that.

1. The system is reversing the commitment, New line entered in F43199 with negative ammounts, the same can be seen in commitment inquiries

2. But when entering additional OU document types the system seems to be checking only against positive commitments and will warn of over budget situations.
