How To Add versions in Report JDE E1

Hi All,

how to add versions in Report with using BV . Please provide Steps how to add versions in Report, when i tried to add versions it appeir in my sys only , i want this it will show for all users.

please provide Steps to  how to add version in report (we are using JDE XE version).
