Purchase Requisition to Inventory Issue application

Hello Team  ,

Need to build one requirement

User wants to perform Inventory issue process . But according to Requisition .

Process will be like ..

1. They create the requisition (Asking for some items)

2. This Requisition will be approved and After approval .

3. they will perform the inventory issue.

so my question , is there any standard way to connect one requisition to one Inventory issue transaction ?
