OPRID and DTTM stamp for changes to PROJECT_STATUS

Is there a way to track the user and time that changes are made to the PROJECT_STATUS table? We'd like to have a way to query for this information. Is there a possible join that I'm missing (I see no tables with OPRID and PROJECT_STATUS in them) or is this a feature that could be considered?
