Trial balance roll forward is not happening for a particular asset account between two periods while

Hi,

We are on Oracle APPS 11i. We have encountered a problem in Trial Balance roll forward which is not happening for a particular asset account while all other asset account roll forwards are accurate. We checked the data from back end and found that there is no opening CR, opening DR, PTD and QTD balances. While for other asset accounts we could able to see all the mentioned balances. We are comparing between Dec-16 and Jan -17 periods. Both periods are open in status. Can any one please help..
